Polycarbonate, also known as PC plastic, is one of the world's five major engineering plastics. It boasts excellent optical and mechanical properties, good temperature resistance, as well as favorable light transmittance, impact resistance, weather resistance and dimensional stability. It is widely used in the fields of optics, the automotive industry, aerospace, electronics and electrical appliances, home appliances and medical devices. Today, the editors from Zhongxin Huamei Modified Plastics will introduce you to the PC raw materials of Chi Mei.

The PC materials of Chi Mei Polycarbonate are divided into general grade, weather-resistant grade, flame-retardant grade and high-flow grade. Among them, the general grade includes PC-110, PC-115, etc.; the weather-resistant grade includes PC-110U, PC-122U, PC115U; the flame-retardant grade includes PC-6500, PC-6600, PC-6610, PC6715VT, etc.; and the high-flow grade includes PC-122, etc. Qingdao Zhongxin Huamei Plastic Co., Ltd. is a Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan-funded enterprise invested by shareholders such as Chi Mei Industrial Co., Ltd. Chi Mei has a complete range of PC raw material types and grades, and the prices are attractive.

We would like to especially introduce you to the transparent flame-retardant PC material of Chi Mei. This material has a flame-retardant rating of UL94-V0 at 1.5mm, a heat distortion temperature of 125 degrees Celsius, and an impact strength of 60. The 1.5mm V0 flame-retardant infrared-transmitting PC material of Qingdao Zhongxin Huamei is modified from the Chi Mei transparent flame-retardant PC material. The infrared transmittance of the material is over 90%, and the transmittance at a wavelength of 940NM is as high as 92%. It is widely used in infrared functional parts of home appliances, electronic components and automobiles.

Qingdao Zhongxin Huamei modifies and colors using Chi Mei PC as the base material. Common modification directions include glass fiber reinforced PC, flame-retardant PC, reinforced flame-retardant PC, infrared-transmitting PC, light diffusing PC, high-gloss PC, and spray-free PC.

Qingdao Zhongxin Huamei Plastic Co., Ltd. was established in May 1997. It is a Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan-funded enterprise invested by shareholders such as Chi Mei Industrial Co., Ltd. It is a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D and design, production and manufacturing, and technical services for the production and service of modified and colored plastic pellets.
