Mine emergency rescue devices (chemical oxygen self-rescuers/isolated respirators) are critical for underground workers’ safety during gas explosions, coal dust explosions or hazardous gas leaks. The casing material requires high mechanical strength and permanent antistatic performance to avoid static sparks.

Our antistatic ABS material is the first choice for mine rescue device casings. Modified with permanent polymer antistatic agents, it maintains surface resistance at 10?-101? ohms (safe range), while retaining ABS’s impact resistance, heat resistance and toughness, ensuring the device’s integrity under impact.

Qingdao Zhongxin Huamei, a national "Little Giant" high-tech enterprise (established in 1997), specializes in modified plastics. We provide one-stop solutions with flame-retardant, antistatic ABS/PC-ABS materials for mine-specific needs.
